2020 has been a challenging year – our economy has been affected by the current pandemic, which is making life more difficult for many of us. Some will be facing a reduction in pay, redundancy, a change of working hours, difficulty finding a job and loss of invested money. It’s understandable to be feeling anxious and stressed in these difficult times. It can be hard work, especially with people already stretched to meet the needs of their whanau. It’s more important than ever to take care of yourself when things get tough – and there is nothing to feel bad about if asking for help when you need it.
